Indolent is a search for a language that makes our shared past tangible, beyond the boundaries of the personal and outside the usual paths of historiography. This sizzling debut therefore moves away from personal observations towards culinary orientations and historical sensations. Meanwhile, changes of seasons, places and circumstances take place. Indian California gives way to the black pearl beaches of Columbus and finally the track leads to the Zeeland oyster pits, where our complex present opens up like a shell.
