Doina Ioanid
Doina Ioanid (1968, Bucharest) wrote five collections of prose poems, published between 2000 and 2010. Earrings, bellies and loneliness brings together two of her collections, edited by poet and translator Jan H. Myshkin. Ioanid's work reads like the novel of a woman's life in the 'ordinary unreality', where diary and dream often form an unsettling connection.
